Returns - what you need to know


Received your item but changed your mind?


It’s not an issue! We will be happy to accept the item back within 30 days from the day you receive your items taken they are in resalable condition and haven't been used. Please contact us at info@aviamart.com. We will refund the full cost of items including P&P charges (yes, we offer free returns!), once the item has been received and checked by us. Please do not send the item back to Aviamart without contacting us. Please take extra care of the item whilst we are arranging its return journey.

Just in case the item arrived faulty or damaged?

We pack all our items carefully in the well-protected packaging to ensure safe and sound journey of your purchases, but sometimes it happens some accidents on the way. In such instances, we encourage all our customers to contact us immediately, so we can resolve any issues asap. Whilst contacting us, where possible, please attach the photos showing the damage od the particular item. This information is vital in order for us to resolve the issue efficiently. 

We will ask you to send an item back to us. We will send you the pre-paid returns label, where possible, otherwise, we will send you instructions on how to return the item back to us. We will be happy to re-send a new item at no extra cost. If the item is not in stock at that moment we will issue full refund of the order.
