Due to current Royal Mail Industrial Action Between 26 and 31st of August and Bank Holiday Monday (29th of August) we are expecting delays in delivering your packages. All orders placed between this time might be affected.
We have some contingency plans in place to minimise the delay, however due to significant increase in other courier parcels and package volume, slight delays possible.
Here are some useful information how to avoid delays:
For orders over £15
All orders over £15 will be automatically directed to Ervi courier service (2-3 working days).
For orders under £15
If your order falls under £15 threshold it will be posted via Royal Mail. We would love to upgrade all orders to the courier service, however this is not feasible to cover courier cost for low value orders. You have an option to choose the Ervi courier service at reduced rate, which will reduce the delays in delivering your package.
Europe and Rest of the World
All packages travelling to Europe and Rest of the World will be redirected via Deutsche mail postal services. Due to Bank holiday weekend and increased volume of packages for DHL Group there will be slight delays, however it should minimum delay.
If you need your packages urgently - we have some courier services in place.
We understand that this will may cause you inconvenience, however we will do utmost to minimise the delays from you side.
